Festive Nest

We have always loved to use our own nests
found in the garden or on walks
after windy days..
BUT,LOOK!
We have found these nests for you
to finally take home and be yours!
There are two sizes to choose from.
No birds live here yet,
but these Pure Linen Robins
come in an array of soft sorbet colours
to feather your nest..
They sit in our nests perfectly!
And also have little clips so they can perch
on a festive Wreath, a Christmas Tree
or perhaps a seasonal piece of foliage or bunch of twigs
arranged down the centre of the table!

Christmas Cheer Is Here!

 Well, as we always say..
it's the gallop to Christmas
after the thrills of Melbourne Cup Day!

In between Cup lunch & trying our luck..
our Christmas Ornaments are unpacked,
pulled from tissue
& hung with JOY!

We think Christmas Ornaments should
become a treasured addition
to your home or tree for years to come..
..with a speccial memory attached!

So, be sure to find some festive cheer
for your own tree..a loved one overseas..
or perhaps even the kid's teachers
as a token of gratitude for the past year.

And why not grab a "Feathered Star"
& add some festive flair!
Designed in Australia,
these Stars are presented
in a beautiful box ready to give
or to store away safely until next year.
Best yet, there is
no fancy paper folding required here!
Simply 'fan' the star around
& tie the two ends together!
Hang in a window, on the door,
or over the table..

Flights Of Fancy

 Every morning & every evening
the birds come together
in a flourish & a chorus of song.
They have a favourite tree or spot to nest.

We recently had to say goodbye
to our lovely old Liquid Amber in our back yard...
And our family of Maggies have wondered
what has become of 'their place'.

This flock of birds
have landed in our shop
all the way from New Zealand
and their timing couldn't have been better!
Hand made in your choice of
White or Black Polyprolene..
They are easy to 'pop' on your wall
with a dab of Blue Tack..
And their wings can be bent slightly to
create added dimension and shadows on the wall.
